Is grilling a steak better than broiling it

I am a fool for potato salad with steak .there r so many kinds, but for fun I like the one with just mayo with a little milk mixed in, & some red onion two ways: cut in half crosswise then slice thin in the other direction (for color), & chopped fine (for taste) . some fresh black pepper,
and a handful of 'fines herbes': chop fine parsley, chervil, chives & tarragon (you can use dry tarragon) .

and another side would be corn on the cob . wrap each cob in a layer of aluminum foil lined with parchment . brush with oil or butter & some s&p..

The grill is totally better! We grill them for a few minutes each side & let it sit a minute before cutting.it stays juicier for some reason! (We like ours mid-rare.) As far as a marinate.we use seasoning that has garlic, onion, pepper, salt & a couple of other things in it & it is just perfect! You can also try putting it in Italian dressing for about an hour or so before grilling.my mouth is watering! Sides that we like to have r mac & cheese (preferably home made), baked potatoes, twice baked potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob & salad, to name a few

1. yeah...boiling the steak takes all the juice out of the steak.

5.If u want it just rare do not grill it.If u want it medium rare grill it about 9 minutes.

7.do u mean sauce or the flavor on the steak ???? Well here r some good tips. sauce: Tabasco hot sauce,A-1sauce,and texas hot sauce,and the flavor: Marinate it with : a little ''extra virgin olive oilpinch of salt,two pinches of pepper,and a little bit of the A-1 sauce before u grill it.

I personally do not like broiling, I think it has less flavor, good sides, baked beans, baked potatoes, grilled veggies and fruit, and the time to grill a steak depends on how well done you would want each one.how thick each one is, and I marinate my steaks with a garlic herb sprinkle, Italian dressing, and a dollop of butter..

you get the same result, only with grilling if you use wood chips you add flavor

I good steak only needs salt and pepper and a little olive oil on the grill I like the best on med. about 3 min. per side and you can do a baked potato and corn on the cob. Corn is in season right know

Grilling is better.
Heat grill until it is about 450 or smoking hot.

For a steak about 1 inch thich cook 4 minutes a side for medium rare.
